COVID DELAYS

COVID-19 may impact delivery times.  Due to the increased volume and additional procedures caused by COVID-19, shipping times have increased to many destinations.  International orders are experiencing a higher rate of delays and longer slowdowns.  We are so sorry about the inconvenience this may cause our customers. If you need your order more quickly and reliably, we recommend choosing UPS as the the shipping method for your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier.  This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-4 business days to process your order. However, during and immediately following sales, restocks, launches or heavy order times, it may take considerably longer to process your order due to the volume of orders received. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.

We use USPS and UPS shipping services. All packages over 2 oz will include tracking information. All domestic packages over 1 lb will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground which includes $50 of insurance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.  If your order is not showing movement on the tracking information, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance.

We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping option at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. If your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States, or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.
