COVID DELAYS

COVID-19 may impact delivery times.  Due to the increased volume and additional procedures caused by COVID-19, shipping times have increased to many destinations.  International orders are experiencing a higher rate of delays and longer slowdowns.  We are so sorry about the inconvenience this may cause our customers. If you need your order more quickly and reliably, we recommend choosing UPS as the shipping method for your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Yeah Baby Goods is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Route+ offers first rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for a variety of shipping issues.  By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected* from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order never arrives, you can file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 

By deselecting package protection, Yeah Baby Goods is not liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last scan.

 

The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier.  This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. However, during periods of high volume from sales, restocks, launches or heavy order times, it may take up to two weeks to process your order. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times.

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.

Customers may select USPS or UPS where services are available. If an order qualifies for free shipping, Yeah Baby Goods will choose USPS or UPS shipping services as deemed appropriate. All packages over 2 oz will include tracking information. 

Due to COVID-19 there has been an increase in lost and delayed packages, and we highly encourage the use of Route+. Refer to the Route+ shipping policy for filing a claim caused by lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to anywhere outside the United States, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. If your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail option at checkout.
