I love that you can actually get messy with these mats! They are more flexible, resistant and fun than other mats I’ve seen online.

This mat is so convenient for playtime! The mess is contained!

I have two - I keep one with her highchair and one for sensory play or to take with us when we travel.

My floor mat already has a hole in it after less than a month of use, very disappointed in the quality. It’s also difficult to clean. I gave 2 stars because I do like the size and color.

It’s the perfect size for my Graco high chair which has a slightly larger footprint than my IKEA one. It doesn’t fully lay flat fresh out of the box, but I imagine that will go away with time, the areas that are flat “stick” to my hardwood floors extremely well and it’s keeping them protected from all of the applesauce and tomato sauce spills.

Very difficult to just wipe clean

While it collects food droppings well, it also is a magnet for pet fur and dust.

Very hard to wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth. It needs to be wet. Silicone seems to clean best with water. Silicone also attracts a LOT of hair from the floor. But it’s an improvement over our previous splat mat because it’s not a tripping hazard.
