Please contact us within a month of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
RETURNS
We are happy to provide a refund for unused items in their original condition/packaging. Shipping charges are never included in a refund. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please
reach out before returning. Inflatable cushion inserts cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
Regarding exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing. Please
contact us to get the return shipping address. When you mail the original item back, include a note with your name, order number and what item you would like instead. We will send you a payment request if there are additional charges. Your exchange will be processed once we receive your original item.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If there is a problem with your items, please
send us a message with a picture of the damaged item. If an exchange is needed, we will send you the new item after the damaged item is returned to us.
